By placing an order with 5Dprints, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

All orders must be confirmed before production or shipping. For custom orders, customers must provide clear details including design, size, color, quantity, and any specific instructions.

Custom Prints

Custom printed items are made based on the information approved by the customer. Please review your design, spelling, size, and placement before confirming, as custom orders cannot be changed once production has started.

Payment

Payment on delivery is available for eligible orders. The customer is responsible for completing payment when the order is received.

Delivery

We deliver across Morocco within 24H to 48H after order confirmation. Custom orders may require extra preparation time depending on the design and quantity.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order. Custom printed items cannot be returned for changes in size, color, or design after approval.

Product Colors

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen brightness, lighting, or photography. We always aim to present our products as accurately as possible.
