Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from the confirmed order.

Custom Orders

Custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and produced, unless there is a production mistake from our side.

Please make sure to confirm the design, size, color, quantity, and placement before production starts.

Ready-Made Products

Ready-made T-shirts may be exchanged only if they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
